Living Life Dangerously.

I doodled on my scrapbook the words live life dangerously...There's this nagging thought that I'm running out of time to do the things I want to experience.
Getting a tattoo on my arm (just kidding), Zoukout 2013 and have my ear pierced.
I wonder if I have been playing too safe? Even those adventurous attempts were backed up with a safety net of reasonings. Knowing the mess i might get myself in, i avoided certain career choices. But seriously? There's no guarantee that life wouldn't get messy in a boring and stable job. Plus I don't agree that we should lead a hermit life.
Related w M that somehow things that meant to happen would happen regardless or how we try to dodge it even if it took 2 years, the situation would represent itself in one way or another.
"There is a desire to figure out myself ..." but the choice to "self discovery" has repercussion effects and consequences that I might not be able to deal with. Not so much a route of no return but a dark increasingly slippery slope that gravitates one down further.
Looking within... It has been a struggle to suppress the willful, rebellious and wild side. Life cannot be lived without limits, without establishing boundaries and ultimately there's a need to outgrow that rebellion.
Drawing an extreme parallel from the controversial debate on nudity. If exposure equates the norm, should nudity be encouraged? I guess the answer is apparent. Certain ideas/behaviors regardless how plausible they are would always be confronted by our unspoken moral code.
