Lost my train of thoughts. Having a splitting headache.
I rem what John said in the retreat I attended for SS. God may have taken you out of the difficult situation you were in but you aren't exactly entirely out of it..
Maybe that's how the Israelites felt. Prayed to be delivered and were delivered. Walked through the sea unharmed but there were deserts to conquer after that. Upset, whine, angry. It wasn't an elevator journey to the promise land.
Strange how I have the thought tt I'm like an Israelite (mainly abt forgetting God's gdness) at the beginning of the year and how this thought popped up again taking a different meaning..
Well God had been good to them and provided even in the midst of their poor attitude isn't it?
