my warped concept.

I shared with several of my friends on this "pretty flawed concept" on how I think God is treating me.
I don't exactly have the best words to put forth this but basically it's about how humans have the tendency to draw parallels to how we think God is treating/managing/handling us based on the things we did/do.
Gist: Our perception of who God is largely affected by our narrow view of how things should go.We think God does things the way we do .
A weird analogy that develops in my head is about a hamster and a hand. When I was a child, I used to play (torture) my hamster by putting my hand on it. As much as it attempted to wriggle/run away, it was limited by the pressure of my hand.
Subjectively speaking, I feel that God is doing that to me. "U can try to run but you are going to stay here!" See what I meant by a pretty warped concept on God?
Well yeah I know in His time :) my best doesn't always equate Your best!
Interestingly I dreamt of Jonah and the big fish yesterday! After the big fish scene, the word obedience came up. Maybe I have been eating too many double fillet o fish burger lately! :D
