edit/.i wonder why i always turn into a monster with a ferocious appetite whenever i'm overseas and camping.
i have GPS -gian peng syndrome- literally okie.. i ate so much rice yesterday and my weight went to a new 6mth record 47.4 yesterday. i had kfc for lunch and i proceeded to snack at tea party! felicia and i had iced lychee and strawberry cream tea respectively PLUS fried mushroom and fries. i can't stop the motion of putting food in my mouth when i'm reading. xiaxia loves the place :) hhahaha oh she foot the bill!
i have decided to go on a detox diet! i bought my fav honey buzz and my honey roasted cereals. Wheeee!
Was jus reflecting on the earlier events that happened in church. I can say i was pretty worried that none of the ss kids would turn up. It's June holidays, last week i only had 1 kid and it's a rainy Sunday. okie la i had 4 today so i was quite glad. my lesson focus on God cares for u and basically it's abt not worrying abt tmrw, abt the clothes u wear and whether u have any food to eat. I think p1 is still quite a young age to worry abt anything?
Things i was worried abt in Primary School:when i was p1, i was freaking worried abt XI ZI! KILLER... i would cry endlessly trying to finish the great wall of china worth of Chinese characters everyday. my brother being a capitalist would help me to write for $2 and well his handwriting sucks.
I was worried abt not handing up my homework on time. I had a mountain of worksheets not handed up as i was on mc. i freaked out and i thot of various ways to get rid of it. eh i think i attempted to flush it down at my nanny's place but hmm in the end i threw it down the chute.
when i was in upper primary, i was worried abt the irritating nafa test. i hate to run b'cos im always the last few people panting like mad to finish the 1.6. In running order, cheetahs like darren nicholas yiyang and the 3 lady musketeers followed by the remnants of the taf club people and me! you tell me if i abhorred running or not. on top of that i had a teacher in p5 who emphasizes so much on speed and gold medals. so basically i hated sports, okie not like im super in love with it now but yeah i'm okayyy with it. not a competitive basis la.
other than that it should be trapped in a toilet without toilet paper, no friends to play with and getting back results with a glare from the teacher.
ANYWAY, today the kids had a common response for being a lil worried walking past a mean dog. Know what? we really did walk past one when we were evacuating during our fire drill practice. The kids went THEREEEE the mean dog from the paper! I'm so touched as i think abt it! I have rarely paid attention to details around me. I have never noticed rainbows that signify God's promises. ( i have seen but it din relate to me as promises at the point in time.) I have never given a damn to how birds were fed and yet they are still being provided (okie im not talking abt nasty birds tt pick food from the kopitiam).
i think this is God's way of teaching a Sunday school teacher the essence of the lesson :)
