went to vist uncle james and family. double joy to meet cousin joy as well (eh no pun intended). was tellin joy how much i missed the cny we had when we were really young. i rem going over to her house in the morning and yeah being overwhelmed by the lively atmosphere. it apparently has died down alot ever since we grew up. in the past, it normally takes a short time to warm up and start being chatty. greg would throw peanuts at me while i try to dart and throw watermelon seeds at him? now... he would jus stick out his hand, wish me happy new year and head back to his room. this yr i didnt even see him n roy.
i traded some slp to reminisce a lil. life is quite an irony isnt it. you yearn so much for things only when you can't reach out for them now, no matter how hard you try. envy is filled to the brim whenever i see family, young and old bonding together. cny, christmas, get together, bbq.. and the list goes on. i missed celebrating those joyous occassions withyou and everyone who used to gather. i missed the big round table. sigh.
ghost rider was gd and i caught the fireworks display while walking aimlessly around. the babe could only hear the blasts. i saw heartshapes fireworks.... mesmerizing sight!
i hope everything goes well for investment test. busy week ahead.
