it has been a year filled with many exciting and not so exciting events but we all made it. hahaa give yourself a clap on your back.
i'm still trying to find out the optimal pace to move between my expectations and i. it's a killer when im lagging far behind my expectations and i'm constantly breathless trying to catch up (望尘莫及) or on the contrary create a goal that's easily achieveable and thus being too complacent.
anyway attended kern's bdae. was rather reluctant bcos yeah it's kern and fullstop. His caregroup dominated the crowd, no cute looking acs boys except pang gege who came really late, the poly pals were the minority. it's quite funny how people reunited on 21st bdaes and so i presume the next time everyone gathers would be our rom/wedding and of cos funeral.
i think kern's mum is really sweet when she kissed kern on his cheek. it jus struck with tt i should have pulled tt stunt on him : LET ME ASK THE LORD 1ST IF IM ABLE TO ATTEND YR BDAE! an amazing statement i heard from him on my 19th bdae. of cos even if i said tt to him, it prob wouldnt ring a bell cos it's kern.
*to my old flames and future extinguished flames: dont invite me to yr engagement party unless tt's if im happily attached or married with 2 lovely children and not pmsing.
