i've this. looks okie but i doubt it's edible. eeksabsolutely disgusted with the caramel slice i baked.
i added 30g extra butter to the condensed milk and the caramel turned out looking and tasting like toffee. so next time when u gian for toffee u noe wad to do.
and so i was venting my anger on my caramel slice by cutting it into many pieces. that's the only thing i can murder without being called a murderer.
i shall renounce baking after 27th dec... maybe i will become richer without splurging on all those ingredients and cookbooks.
