and im scared...
finally attended idp and took home some stuff for reference. been talking alot abt overseas studies with mum and she's pretty cool with it.
im confused deep down..
there's so much i wanna see out of singapore, so much that i want to experience, so much that i want to rekindle that student life but there's so much holding me back as well..
i have seen people who pursue jobs they adore so much and in the left they chose to give it up.. cos it's draining them both physically and spiritually..
i have also seen people who backslided as a result of their passion in the job...
which category will i fall in?
i dun understand though i somehow do understand.. why is it so hard to balance the passion for a job with the passion for God? is it bcos that's out of God's will? Is it bcos God wants us to place him first and not an occupation over Him? or is it bcos there is never gonna be a balance scale. either you get more absorbed in the secular world or kiss it goodbye.
i really can imagine myself with heavy make up, colorful hair (dependin on future fashion), leading a night life, slogging in office to meet deadlines...
back to that question : glitters or no glitters?
