Im really happy today! Besides not having to work, i also had the chance to go grocery shopping - baking ingredients.
Went to meet yishan for porridge at somerset first, it was really yummy as usual hehe. The path to the porridge place brought back many memories, my attachment memories. No doubt my attachment was kinda sucky but the people i met that time was really wonderful ( minus ms chen aimin aka the witch supervisor)
After
brunch we headed to ps carrefour to shop for the ingredients, ahh the feeling was great. I really was beaming with happiness! The feeling of lookin high n low for the stuff, choosing for the best and pushing our trolley around.
Straight to the point : okie the chicken pie turn out to be hmm okie not bad la, can be further improved? Better than wad i've thought it would turn out to be.
Next time round: Less 50 g flour, more butter ...
